Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Emova. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Emova.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use Emova. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

Place photography and Google Maps

Photographs belong to their credited owners. The source and applicable license are linked beside each photograph. Viewing a photograph on Emova does not grant additional reuse rights. Area photographs show the surrounding destination and do not represent the exact experience unless identified as such.

Google Maps features are subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service, including the Google Privacy Policy. Google photo content is displayed separately from Emova's non-Google maps.

Acceptable use

Use Emova lawfully and respectfully. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to harm others.

Not medical or therapeutic advice

Emova helps you plan travel around how you want to feel. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, contact a local emergency service or a qualified provider.

Subscriptions and billing

Emova offers a free tier and an optional paid subscription billed through Stripe. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Emova is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emova is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Emova and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. We may update these Terms, and we will note the effective date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
